1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Millo ("the Service"), available at milloai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Millo is a social media analytics platform that aggregates data from YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. The Service provides dashboards, hit/fail detection, AI-powered content ideas, thumbnail generation, engagement tools, and integration analysis.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your authentication codes with others
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service

4. Connected Platforms

By connecting your YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok accounts, you authorize Millo to access read-only data from these platforms. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Settings page.

Millo does not store your social media passwords. YouTube is connected via OAuth 2.0 with read-only scopes.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Free plan is available with limited features
• Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly
• Payment is processed via Stripe (international cards) or YooKassa (Russian cards)
• By subscribing, you agree to automatic monthly recurring charges until you cancel
• Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page — access continues until the end of the paid period

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI features (ideas, thumbnails, engagement questions) is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and modifying AI-generated content before publishing. Millo does not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of AI suggestions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Millo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
