Millo ("we", "our", "us") is a social media analytics platform available at milloai.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

2.1 Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. We use passwordless login via email codes.

2.2 Connected Platform Data

When you connect your social media accounts, we access read-only data from:

• YouTube (via YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API): channel info, video metadata (titles, thumbnails, publish dates), view counts, likes, comments, shares, subscribers gained, watch time. Scopes used: youtube.readonly, yt-analytics.readonly.
• Instagram: public profile info, post metadata and engagement metrics (via RapidAPI).
• TikTok: public profile info, video metadata and engagement metrics (via RapidAPI).

We never request write access. We cannot publish, delete, modify, or manage your content on any platform.

2.3 AI-Generated Content

When you use AI features (idea generation, cover generation, engagement questions), we send anonymized analytics data to OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) and Google Gemini APIs. No personally identifiable information is sent to these services — only aggregated metrics and video titles.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Display analytics dashboards and charts
• Detect hit and fail content patterns
• Generate AI-powered content ideas and thumbnails
• Score thumbnail effectiveness
• Send authentication codes to your email
• Process payments via Stripe

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Authentication uses JWT tokens with single-session enforcement.

5. Data Retention

We retain your analytics data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at grishakof@gmail.com.

• Google APIs — YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API, Gemini AI
• OpenAI — AI content generation (GPT-4o-mini)
• Stripe — payment processing
• RapidAPI — Instagram and TikTok data access

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Millo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only use Google user data to provide and improve Millo's analytics features
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless with user consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect any connected platform at any time
• Revoke Google OAuth access via Google Account Settings

9. Cookies

We use localStorage for authentication tokens and user preferences (language, theme). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.
